About Lea Cero-Walker

I am Lea Cero-Walker, a Davaoena married to an American named John P. Walker, 38 years of age and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting.

I started as a Real Estate Agent in May, 2000 in a local-based Real Estate company. My years of stay with them has been a good training ground for me. Hence, the decision to move on and start on my own.

After which is the birth of ALLEA REAL ESTATE, with Real Estate Broker’s License No. XI-06-361 issued by the Department of Trade and Industry.

About Allea Real Estate

Our company’s goal is to provide clients from all over the globe the chance:

  • to shop for properties in Davao City and its neighboring areas;
  • show them the right details and prices given by owners without fear of being manipulated by unscrupulous sales people;
  • and assist them in buying/renting their dream homes or properties.

    Our pride

    We take pride therefore in informing you our valued clients that, in dealing with ALLEA REAL ESTATE, you are assured of the best service we can always provide.

    Thank you very much. And may God bless us all!

    Lea C. Walker
